These general terms of sale govern all orders placed through the Orselio website (orselio.com) by any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms in full.

All products offered for sale are described in as much detail as possible. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match to the physical product, particularly regarding colour rendering on different screens. Each piece is handcrafted; minor natural variations in stone, glass, or textile are inherent to the materials and are not defects.

Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT). Orselio reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. The price invoiced is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed via Stripe. Orselio does not store card data. Order confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours.

Standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, reflecting the artisan production process. Express orders (2–3 weeks) are subject to workshop availability. Orselio ships to France and the European Union; delivery fees are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.

The Customer has 30 days from receipt to return any product in its original condition and packaging. Custom and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless defective. All products carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or modifications made by third parties.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Orselio SAS is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

When you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect: name, email address, delivery address, and phone number. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Your data is used to: process and fulfil orders; communicate order status; send our seasonal newsletter (if you opted in); improve our services through anonymous analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Order data is retained for 10 years to comply with French accounting law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of all other data at any time.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@orselio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés).

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect data stored on our servers.
